Are frames and sills included?
Yes. A regular exterior clean includes window panes, frames, sills and exterior doors. Conservatory windows are included when selected in your quote.
How often can I have my windows cleaned?
The online calculator offers regular 4- or 8-weekly visits. The team confirms your round and first-clean date after your request.
Do I need to stay at home?
You do not need to be home if the team can safely reach the areas being cleaned. Please close windows and leave the required gates unlocked.
Does the price include a conservatory roof?
No. Conservatory window cleaning can be selected in the calculator, but the roof is assessed and quoted separately.
What if I notice a problem after the clean?
Contact the team within 48 hours so they can review it under the clean guarantee. The full service terms explain the guarantee and access requirements.
Can I use the online residential price?
Commercial properties need an individual quote. The residential calculator cannot account for the glazing and access needs of a business premises.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Please include the full address, photographs where possible, the parts of the building to be cleaned and your preferred frequency.
Can I request ongoing cleaning?
Yes. Tell us the visit frequency you have in mind and the team will discuss a suitable arrangement for your premises.
Do you cover my commercial address?
Send your full postcode and property details. The team will confirm suitability and availability before agreeing the work.
Is a roof clean included in regular window cleaning?
No. The residential quote can include conservatory windows, but the roof needs its own assessment and price.
What access do you need?
The team needs safe access around the conservatory. Tell us about narrow gaps, adjoining buildings or other obstructions when you enquire.
Will every stain disappear?
Some plastics and surfaces can be permanently stained. The team will explain what is achievable when the scope is agreed.
What photographs are useful for a quote?
A full view of the conservatory, the roof and each side helps the team understand its size and access. Do not climb onto the roof to take photographs.
Can I combine this with regular window cleaning?
Mention both services in your enquiry. They are priced separately and the team will discuss suitable visit arrangements.
Does washing include gutter clearance?
No. This service washes exterior surfaces only. Dragon Cleaning Services does not offer gutter clearance.
Can you include downpipes and gables?
Include these in your enquiry. The team will confirm the exact surfaces that can safely be cleaned.
Can you remove all staining?
Some stains can be permanent, particularly on older surfaces. The team will explain the likely result when agreeing the work.
How do you calculate the price?
The quote depends on the surfaces, condition and access. Photographs and the property address help the team assess the job.
Can I add this to a window cleaning visit?
Let the team know you want both services. They will discuss the scope and suitable arrangements, with exterior washing quoted separately.
